16-seat Spiral Jet

Nova Quality Control (QC) Department ensures that every product like Ferris wheel, pirate ship, carousel, family roller coaster, bumper car, etc we produce meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance.

First, our QC team conducts rigorous material inspections, sourcing only certified, high-grade Q235B steel, composites, and electrical components that comply with international standards like ASTM and EN.
Second, we implement precision engineering checks during fabrication, using advanced tools such as laser alignment systems and non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify weld integrity and structural soundness.
Third, every ride undergoes a comprehensive assembly audit, where tolerances, bolt torques, and mechanical alignments are meticulously verified to eliminate any risk of malfunction.
Fourth, we simulate real-world conditions through extensive load testing and dynamic stress analysis, ensuring each ride can handle maximum capacity and extreme weather scenarios without compromising safety.
Fifth, our electrical systems are subjected to exhaustive functionality and fail-safe testing, guaranteeing reliable operation of motors, brakes, and emergency stop mechanisms.
Before export, a final multi-point inspection is conducted, accompanied by detailed documentation and compliance certificates, so our customers worldwide can trust that every ride delivers not just thrills, but uncompromised quality and peace of mind.
